I’ve lived in Coventry since 2015, and like many, the first places I found myself drawn to were The Yard and Glamorous. These venues weren’t just bars; they were safe spaces where I felt accepted, celebrated, and part of something bigger. Over the years, I’ve been involved with both in different ways, and I’ve built strong connections with the amazing people who keep our community alive.
I’ve also had the chance to support various Pride events and LGBTQUIA+ charities behind the scenes, offering a bit of guidance, ideas, and digital know-how wherever I could. My background is rooted in all things digital. I’ve got a real love for software engineering, marketing, photography, and graphic design. Anything creative or techy, I’m there for it.
Work-wise, I’ve been lucky to gain experience across recruitment, manufacturing, and now law. Quite the mix! But no matter the industry, it’s always been my digital skills and passion for innovation that have helped me thrive.
I’m genuinely excited to be part of Unity in Coventry. I care deeply about this city and the people in it, and I hope the mix of experience and creativity I bring can help support the amazing work the team is doing.
